The Design Process

Step 1

Submit your Form

Once you make payment, you will be asked to provide details about your bathroom. You will be asked to submit:

  • Your name, email & location details

  • Measurements and photos of your existing bathroom.

  • Inspiration example images of bathroom styles that you like

  • Notes about your current layout and design ideas

Step 2

We Review & Summarise Tailored Advice

Once your order is received, we will immediately begin the review process and begin the following works:

✔️ Complete floor plan drawing

✔️ Create a detailed design brief (design packs only)

✔️ Summarise notes and considerations on design

Step 3

We Build your Custom Designs

For floor plan customers, we will begin drawing your professional 2D layouts. For the higher packages we will work closely with our 3D team to bring the proposed design brief to life!

Step 4

We Deliver Your Final Files

We finalise our final notes in your PDF summary and prepare your files to be emailed to you via a dropbox link so that you can access all original files.

  • Simply jump on a call with our team and we’ll help create a custom package if you have multiple rooms to work with.

  • Due to high demand we have limited our services to just Australian clients only.

  • You will be required to submit an order form and provide details about your bathroom. You will be asked to upload a floor plan or your existing bathroom layout (hand drawn or digital) and written notes about your bathroom ideas and what you would like to see in your final documents.

  • For renovators who are in the planning phase. This service is best suited for those who have a general idea for their designs in their head, but need help bringing it all together to validate their ideas visually.

    It’s best for renovators who know what they want, but feel lost or overwhelmed with what colours, finishes or layouts they should actually pick. We like to summarise this service as our way of saying “Here’s what we would do if this was our bathroom” along with aiming to align with your own goals and needs for your renovation.

  • This service is delivered virtually online, you may contact your designer via email only for any questions. We do not conduct physical site visits.

    This service doe not include estimations or feasibility for bathroom costs.

  • Each service package includes revisions and draft opportunities to submit your feedback and requests before documents are finalised. You may also request additional revisions as required for additional fees.

  • Your files will be shared via a shared Dropbox folder link. Please check your junk/spam folders in case our emails end up there!
